Is Gay Truly Happy?

People wonder why men date men and women date women. Is it for the love of happiness or just to fit in. Many people believe gay is a sin but at the end we all need love and happiness even if its with the same sex.

Is being gay alright? In my eyes I believe that being gay is alright. If people believe in the same sex, if that attracts them then they shouldn’t let people think it’s wrong. So being gay, yes its fine. Many people are gay and it is becoming a normal thing in our society. There would be so many people that would disagree but you have to be more self confident in yourself and not what society and others think. People may look at gay people and see them as a big disgrace others may think they have low self-esteem  for themselves and look at them as shame to the world.

In our society we have people practicing same sex marriage. Same sex marriage is when two people of the same sex plan to get married.  In some parts of the world many have rejected same sex marriage.

In the District of Columbia same sex marriage law was going into effect after the Supreme Court refused to stop its enforcement. The Districts marriage Bureau stated the same sex couples can begin applying for marriage licenses. The District joins Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Iowa in allowing same sex couples to marry.

Is Maryland  practicing same sex marriage?  Maryland law defines marriage as being between a man and a woman. However, it has recently been declared that the state will recognize marriages performed elsewhere.

As people we have the right to make our own decisions so if gay is what a person want then same sex is what they get. If someone wants to marry the same sex should be their decision.
