The season is over and playoffs start on Friday, February 26, 2010. The Lady Clippers finished the regular season 5-11 and play Suitland at home in the first round. The last four games the Lady Clippers won two and lost two. They had back-to-back wins over Bladensburg and High Point and losses to Parkdale and Suitland. Lately, the Lady Clippers have been trying to build a stronger team incorporating JV with Varsity.

The Last game of the season the Lady Clippers played Suitland but only put their starters in for the first quarter. Coach Greenfield stated that she “wanted JV to see what it was like playing in a high-paced game.”  Even though the Lady Clippers lost to the Rams they are ready and excited to face them again this time on their home court. As Coach Barnes says everyday in practice “Its time for some get back” and that’s what the Lady clippers plan to do.
